  11. kiri-the-sun said: When I was 10 my mom incouraged me to go on a diet because “I was a chubby child and unhealthy” this really effected my self esteem (to where it’s still fucked up to this day) so I did the diet and I was always still hunger cause I only ate like 150-200 calories per meal. And after I got diagnosed with fibro I gained quite a bit of weight and every time I go to the doctors with almost any problem they say “if you lost weight you wouldn’t have these problems” 😒😒
