  8. pinkthingmongerpickle said: If a person is a felon, their voting rights are suspended because of an inclination to vote in a way not aligned with ethics and morals of non-criminals. This can effect the future laws and possibly (eventually) the rights of others. I think a convicted felon should not be able to hold a public office either
