garak: julian and kelas are able to get married.. they belong in the same profession/social class.. 

bashir: elim and kelas are probably going to marry each other.. after all, they are both cardassians, unlike me, and they have a prior relationship from all those ages ago..

parmak: elim and julian are probably already secretly married.. they’ve connected so much when living on ds9.. they shared so many intense events together, won a war together..

In In Purgatory’s Shadow, when Tain is dying and asks Garak if they are alone, Garak looks back at Julian… and says yes, they’re alone.

That speaks volumes. Garak wanted Julian there when his father died. He keeps looking back towards him for reassurance as Tain rambles about enemies. He allows himself to be the most vulnerable and honest he has ever been to date, with Julian right there watching.

He lets Julian see his father’s dead body.

That’s…. love is not a strong enough word. Intimacy. Trust.

That’s powerful.

one of my favorite small details about the little achievements video is this moment right here. in actuality a jokey way to explain the lack of prosthetics, yes, but the fact that they made julian’s reaction to garak asking if he likes the human look be such a firm “no, not a little bit. turn it off.” is so wholesome. no garak, wtf, where is my forehead spoon to kiss :(

Also on the note of flashback episodes, while the nametag that says “Elim Garak- former Cardassian oppressor” is obviously hilarious, why did he give them his first name? Has that become common knowledge? Because the last time we heard his first name used was Tain, and he seemed pretty reluctant to share that information

Finally got around to finishing the colouring job on this bad boy. I decided not to draw them full body just because I should realllly be working on commissions right now 😅.

Trying to decide what colouring style I like/want most for this and I can’t decide so this is kind of a wip.
